What is the NDG Barter
Network?
The NDG Barter Network is a member run, non-profit organization whose purpose is to facilitate the cooperative exchange of goods and services among its members. Members can list them they offer through the website, and exchange goods and services by using NDG bucks (barter credits). Founded by a group of NDG citizens three years ago, the Barter Network is now using its website to make non-profit trading easier.

Goals:
- To recognize, value and develop the abilities and skills of the members.
- To bring people together, creating a network
based on trust and
co-operation. - To share knowledge, skills and the wealth of resources in our community.
- To develop and experience new habits as consumers.
- To create a stronger, healthier community.
Activities:
The Network encourages a variety of social activities among its members. Potluck suppers are held regularly at the headquarters of the Barter Network, Northcliffe Square, 2000 Northcliffe Avenue #219. Members are encouraged to participate in various group activities, such as family picnics, musical events, film nights and workshops on topics which interest them..
